Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy
3 Day Workshop – 23 CE Hours
CST I provides students with a solid theoretical and experiential foundation. The class emphasizes the interactions of the CranioSacral, facial and energetic systems of the body. Through lecture, story telling, demonstrations and guided hands-on practice, you will learn how to identify restrictions in the body and master the techniques to release these restrictions. Techniques covered include: releasing diaphragms, joint unwinding, sacral base release, dural tube release, stillpoint and assessing and releasing cranial membranes and bones. By the end of the weekend, you will be able to work on clients and effectively address most conditions.This class is part of a three class series. It can be taken alone or as part of the series.
No prerequisites or requirements. The class is open to all who wish to learn this technique. Students who have taken CST I with other instructors may be able to enter at the CST II level with prior approval from the instructor.
Certification is available after completion of all three levels, 50 hours of documented work with clients and passing a written and practical examination.
