Learn how to use your craniosacral therapy in hospice situations. This class will cover how to approach CST treatment for someone in hospice, adjusting your craniosacral touch for hospice, CST techniques that work well for hospice, hospice philosophy, rules and regulations, positioning in a hospital bed and a lounge chair, and understanding the process of the hospice journey to the end.

There will be required reading about hospice philosophy to be completed before class. Sharon will email you the documents ahead of time

INSTRUCTOR

Sharon Pollock, CST, LMT. Sharon has been teaching massage therapy since 2007 and has worked with hospice patients for 9 years. She has been a massage therapist for 20 years and a craniosacral therapist for 10 years. She currently teaches massage at Anoka-Ramsey Community College and Northwestern Health Sciences University. She has a private practice in Hastings, MN.
